Services
Red Dirt Moving Co. provides moving, loading, unloading, and related labor services. Estimates are based on the information you provide; final charges are based on actual time and services rendered at our stated hourly rates, with a minimum charge as quoted.
Booking & cancellation
Your move is scheduled once confirmed by us. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Specific deposit and cancellation terms, if any, will be communicated when you book.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to both locations, accurate information about your move, and disclosure of any items requiring special handling. Certain items cannot be moved for legal and safety reasons (see our FAQ).
Liability for belongings
We handle your belongings with care and train our crews to protect them. Our liability for loss or damage is limited as permitted by applicable Oklahoma and federal regulations governing household goods carriers. Claims must be reported promptly. We encourage you to discuss valuation and coverage options with us before your move.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods communicated at booking.
